2000 and onwards
In 2002 Insurepair secured its first delegated authority contract with Norwich Union for all Household Claims up to the value of £2500. Insurepair were charged with complete control from validation to invoicing.2003 was another big year for Insurepair; we secured more work through Norwich Union by taking control of postcode areas outside of the Glasgow, Paisley, and Ayrshire areas for the first time. The postcodes included EH, IV, KW, HS, and were secured from Mansells, Rokforce, and Homecare. With the procurement of this extra work Insurepair opened its offices in the Scottish capital and the Highlands. Insurepair's first website was launched in this same year allow our prospecive clients to discover who Insurepair are, what the company's vision is, and what products and services we offer.
2004 saw Insurepair continue to grow and from the beginning of January the delegated authority for household claims rose to £10,000. The acquisition of the work carried out by JCM for Norwich Union in the Glasgow, Paisley and Ayrshire districts made this another very successful year for Insurepair. Growth did not stop there, 2005 saw Insurepair capture work previously carried out for Norwich Union by The Building Maintenance Company on the East Coast of Scotland. By now Insurepair were carrying out in excess of 12,000 insurance claims a year across Scotland.
