Our surveyors understand the needs of both commercial and household insurers and provide full claim validation, including the sending of repudiation letters on behalf of the insurer. All of our survey reports and photographs are available through our secure online ClaimsHub Management System, which all of our clients may access.
Repair works are carried out by experienced tradesman, whose work is regularly checked during quality audits by their supervisors. All of our work comes with a 12 month guarantee as standard, and we pride ourselves on the best quality of workmanship and honesty throughout the claim.
All of our claims are handled fairly and promptly, and we endeavour to keep our customers reasonably informed about the progress of their claim. When a claim is not covered for any reason, we will inform the customer as soon as possible, and will follow up the notification with a written letter explaining the reasons why.
